In the world of search, there are a lot of bottom feeders. Nicol is the antithesis of this! Nicol has defined her company, and her work through outstanding client service, attention to detail and human kindness.. which is a rarity in her business. I have worked with a couple of recruiters in the past and to be honest never had a good experience.  Meeting with your team was so good though - the questions you asked were really in depth... I've never seen a recruiter ask such specific questions and know so much about what their clients are looking for... you guys do a bang up job.
