- Identify a select few quality candidates that tightly match the work / life philosophy that best reflect your organization.
- Present our top picks (usually 3-4) via a candidate overview page including programs / campaigns they’ve worked on, core competencies, our candid thoughts on their strengths and weaknesses and a perspective as to why they warrant a face-to-face.
- Follow up with candidate / client following all interviews to provide both parties feedback and candid thoughts.
- Once hired, we stay involved in the employee engagement process, and continue contact with the employee through our 30, 90, 150 day ‘employee integration check-in’ reviews.
