Sr. Account Manager
Ideal candidate:

  • 5-7 years' experience in promotional marketing with a minimum of 2 years in an agency setting
  • Understanding of strategic planning, digital, creative, interactive, direct and retail
  • Establish and build strong personal and working relationships with client contacts
  • Proactively define problems, collect data, establish facts, and help the team draw valid conclusions and create actionable plans
  • Deliver revenue targets by client on an annual basis
  • Create a working environment that encourages and supports a positive mindset about the work as well as the client and agency staff that is involved

Ideal candidate:

  • 5-7 years' experience in a marketing role with proven agency experience
  • Experience with experiential/events and trade shows
  • Experience in financial institutions is an asset
  • Sets out scope of project, writes/manages project plan, takes project through the build, release and test stages to final project delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related is a plus

Account Manager (Sales)
Ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years' experience in sales
  • Manage and grow sales while consistently meeting exceeding advertising revenues at both agency and client-direct levels
  • Coordinate, cultivate and produce customer leads and provide follow-up
  • You have a proven track record in an established media company, consistently exceeding targets
  • Extremely strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must embrace cold calling and thoroughly understand the sales cycle with direct clients

Social Media Analyst
Ideal candidate:

  • Ideally 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a minimum of 2 years in social media
  • Experience with one or more major analytics platforms, monitoring tools such as Radian 6, Sysomos, Alterian SM2 and data analysis tools, plus a command on advanced Boolean search construction
  • Familiarity with the management of analytics from social and publishing platforms- Facebook, Twitter (mandatory), Youtube, Flickr, WordPress (preferred)
  • Advanced skills in either Excel or PowerPoint

  • Must be on top of new trends in social media monitoring
